An exquisite, silver-toned multi-use basket of circular form, elevated on a round pedestal base with a reeded foot and beaded trim. The body of the bowl features a striking contrast between the polished silver openwork and the cobalt blue glass liner, with the silver framework showcasing a bold, repeating pattern of large, stylized acanthus or laurel leaves. The rim is finished with a continuous beaded edge, and the piece is completed by a simple, beaded bail handle.
