Shipping policy

All products listed on our website, except for out-of-stock items, are available for immediate shipment. We endeavor to ship and deliver according to the following schedules:  

• Within Riyadh / Local Delivery: 2-3 business days
• Anywhere in the Kingdom: 4-6 business days

We will send you a shipping confirmation by email on the day we ship your order.

We ship orders primarily with DHL. In addition, we have partnered with other efficient courier service providers.

There may be occasions when delays can occur. In such a situation, we do our best to find alternative delivery methods to meet your expectations. We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provided to us when you placed your order or if you wish to arrange the delivery to an alternative delivery address.

If you are not available to take delivery or collection, our courier partner will try to contact you for re-delivery.

Our courier will try to reschedule a delivery of unclaimed parcels within 1-2 days of the first attempt of delivery. After 3 delivery tries we will be cancelling the order on our end.
