Refund policy

RETURNS & NO-EXCHANGE POLICY

If you change your mind after receiving your purchase, you can safely return it within seven (7) calendar days of the items being delivered to you, by notifying us in writing at info@irisselections.com. We do not charge any restocking fees. Please note, however, that the following conditions apply for all returns:

You should return the products within seven (7) calendar days from the date you received them, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own expense. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

To be eligible for returns:

The product must be in the same condition that you received it in.
The product has not been used, altered or damaged.
The product remains in its original packaging along with all of its labels.
The product is not part of the items that cannot be returned.
The product was bought from our online store.

Items that cannot be returned are:

Products and items specifically created and personalized based on your requests, unless you received an item that is significantly different from the item that you have ordered.
Products that have been used by the customer and that are not in a new condition anymore.

Once the products reach us and they are confirmed to be eligible for return, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day we received the returned products. We will refund the price of the product in full, excluding supplementary costs for delivery, expedited delivery options, gift wrapping and other additional expenses. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used in the purchase.

You will be responsible to arrange the return and for the cost of returning the products to us if the return is not because of an error on our part or because the item is faulty or defective. You may be liable for, and we may deduct from any refund due to you, any diminution to the value of the returned products caused by your handling of the products, up to the extent necessary to ascertain the characteristics, functions or nature of the products. Other than as set out herein, you will not incur any additional fees as a result of your request for reimbursement.

You can return the products via our approved courier.

Since most of our products are handcrafted and unique pieces, and we cannot guarantee availability of similar or other products at the time a return was made, we are unable to exchange returned items. A new order must be placed to receive a replacement for returned products.

ITEMS RETURNED BECAUSE THEY ARE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT

If you are returning a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the full amount of your purchase, including the delivery charges and the cost of returning it to us.

You must notify us of an error by writing to info@irisselections.com in respect of the products delivered or of a damaged or defective product, immediately upon receipt not exceeding seven (7) days. You must return the products in the same condition in which you received them. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

To be eligible for this type of returns, the product you wish to return should satisfy the following conditions:

The products should not have been used, altered or damaged.
The products should be returned in their original packaging.
Products should be returned to us within seven (7) calendar days from the date you received them.

We will examine all products returned as damaged or defective and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the damaged or defective product. Subject to our acceptance of the damaged or defective goods, products returned by you because they are damaged or defective will be refunded in full, including the cost of delivery for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

In the event we find no fault with the returned products, you will be notified that the returned products cannot be accepted and you may elect to have the products re-delivered to you at your expense. If you do not accept re-delivery we reserve the right to retain the products and the purchase price and recover our fees and expenses from you.

If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase.

We will refund the price of the products in accordance with the applicable time frame. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be responsible for any delay that is beyond our control including for delays caused by the method of purchase or refund, including by way of example: a delay caused by Credit Card/Debit Card companies refund policies.

We will not be able to accept products returned to us after seven (7) calendar days from the date that you received them.

If the correct product is available at the time the return of an incorrect or a defective product was made, and you wish to receive such product instead of getting a refund, delivery shall be arranged at our expense.

ITEMS PURCHASED ON PROMOTION OR SPECIAL OFFER

Products purchased during promotions or special offers are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns will be accepted only in the event of a damaged or defective item upon delivery.
