Hand-shaped by Polish ceramist Anna Szostak, this voluptuous porcelain vessel blooms into a cascade of soft, overlapping petals (or are they feathers? wings? leaves caught in mid-flutter?). Finished in a deep, liquid cobalt that shifts from inky navy to almost-black depending on the light, each “quill” is individually sculpted and attached, giving the piece a living, breathing lightness despite its generous curves.
Fill it and the mystery deepens: tulips peek through like curious beaks, hydrangeas nestle like plush plumage, or a single oversized monstera leaf suddenly turns Quillie into an exotic midnight creature ready to take flight. Leave it empty and it still sings; a quiet, joyful enigma on a console or dining table.
