- About the Brand
Exuding Mid-Century European elegance, this rare set of three German cut-to-clear crystal coupe glasses showcases exceptional lapidary craftsmanship. Crafted using the traditional Überfangglas (cased glass) technique, each glass features a vibrant translucent color layer cased over brilliant clear lead crystal.
The wide-brimmed coupe bowls are meticulously hand-cut with a band of deep geometric thumbprint (kugelcut) facets along the lower wall, creating a glowing contrast between the vivid color overlay and the exposed clear crystal matrix. Each bowl is elevated by a sturdy, faceted hexagonal stem that flares down to a heavy, notched cut-base foot, offering both substantial hand feel and stunning light refraction.
