Can I place an order without creating an online account?
Yes, you can. Simply skip the sign-in process and shop as a guest. You’ll only need to enter your delivery address and payment information when you check out.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Mada debit cards, Apple Pay, and STC Pay. We can also arrange bank transfer for bulk orders. At the moment, we do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD).
Can I place an order for an out-of-stock item?
We regularly update our product range and inventory, and some items may sell out quickly. Send us an email or fill out our Contact Form and you'll be the first to know when it's back in stock.
Are your prices inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT)?
Yes, the amount you see at checkout is inclusive of VAT, which means you won’t have to pay anything additional. Your delivery charge will also include VAT.
Can I return my purchase?

Can I exchange my purchase?
We do not process any exchange. You may simply return your purchase and place a new order for the product that you wish to have.

We are committed to ship all orders in the shortest possible time. Please allow us 2-3 business days for delivery within Riyadh and 4-6 business days anywhere in the Kingdom. In addition, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered safely and fast.
Order tracking
You can track your order on the DHL website using the airway bill or tracking number that was emailed to you once your order was confirmed.
